On Wednesday, September 21, between 8.00 - 20.00 o'clock, the Conference secretariate will function at the Institute. From 22 till 24 of September, the PIM secretariate will function at the Faculty of Physics, where the Conference will take place.

The Istitute, commonly known in Cluj as "ITIM", is situated Donath St. nr. 71 - 103, vis a vis the House of the Radio, a building well known by all, and in the same enclosure with the Institute of Chemistry, also very well known.
The Faculty of Physics is situated in the main building of the "Babes-Bolyai" University, M. Kogalniceanu St. nr.1

Arriving from another town, we suggest to come first to the PIM secretariate. Here you could be assisted in solving conveniently the housing.
Nearby the Institute reach the busses 26, 27, 28, 30 - terminus in Grigorescu.
A buss ticket for two journeies costs 2.2 RON (22000 ancient Lei) and has to be bought from the stands in the buss stations

If tou are coming by train
From the Railway Station Square take the buss 27. Get down at the last station. From here you have about 300 m. walking along Miraslau St. to reach the institute.

If you are coming by plane
At the Airport a buss of the TAROM company ought be available. It will lead you downtown in Mihai Viteazul Square. If you don't find this buss, take the buss number 8 with the same destination. It stops just in front of the airport. From Mihai Viteazul Square take the buss 28 to the terminus. From the buss station to the institute you'll have about 300 m. to walk along Miraslau St.

To reach the Faculty of Physics
From the Railway station take the buss 35 to the station Stefan cel Mare Square.
From the airport, the TAROM buss or the buss nr. 8 to Mihai Viteazul Square, than the buss nr. 35 to the Stefan cel Mare Square. From these locations you'll have about 800 m. to walk along I. Bratianu St. to reach the Faculty of Physics.
