The conference fee can not be paid on site.

The deadline for conference fee payment is 10 September 2021. After this date the organizers can not guarantee the inclusion of your paper in the Book of Abstracts.


Cancellation policy

If the registration is canceled before September 15th 2021 an 80% of the paid registration fee is refunded.

The fees for money transfer will be supported by the participant who canceled his registration.

For registrations canceled after September 15th 2021 no refund will be made.
